Welcome.
This is a space where I collect my thinking about work, identity, power, and the subtle structures that shape how we move through the world. Most of these essays begin with small observations, a conversation, a moment in a meeting, a shift in tone that reveals something larger beneath the surface.
From there, the writing slowly unfolds into questions about leadership, ambition, belonging, and the quiet rules inside institutions. I’m less interested in quick answers than in understanding the architecture behind these dynamics. If you’ve ever sensed that professional life operates by invisible rules no one fully explains, you will probably recognize some of the territory explored here.
